An office environment for the 21st century

WESD is a $6.1 million modernization of their 55,000 SF Marion Center in Salem, Oregon. HMK worked with  Pivot Architecture and KNCC Construction the building to completely renovate the building, and work around the complexity of having a short time frame while working in an occupied building. The building was outfitted with a renovated main entrance and new learning center with meeting rooms accommodating 500 people. Throughout the facility, finishes were updated, as well as lighting, paint, floor coverings, ceilings, and furniture – all to upgrade and ready the work environment for the 21st century.

"Even with an aggressive schedule, HMK company was committed to finishing our project on time and on budget. We greatly appreciated their consistent and open communication during the entire project."
